Location: Hampstead, MD (On-site)

Compensation: \$85,000 – \$120,000 annually (DOE)

### About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled **Electrical BIM Coordinator / Modeler** with **5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience** (schools and hospitals preferred). This role is ideal for a former **Journeyman Electrician** who has transitioned into BIM and is an **expert in Revit** with deep NEC knowledge. You will represent the company in BIM coordination meetings, manage clash detection, and deliver construction-ready electrical models.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and coordinate **electrical BIM models** using Revit.

* Perform **clash detection** and coordinate with other trades (Navisworks/Revit).

* Generate **construction documents** and shop drawings.

* Ensure compliance with **NEC** and company standards.

* Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams.

* Support electrical design for **hospitals, schools, and commercial projects**.

### Requirements

✅ 5+ years of **commercial electrical construction experience**.

✅ Strong **Revit** and BIM workflow expertise.

✅ Solid knowledge of **NEC (National Electrical Code)**.

✅ **Journeyman electrician** background strongly preferred.

✅ Ability to work on-site in **Hampstead, MD** and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred:

* Navisworks and Bluebeam experience.

* Proven success transitioning from field to BIM.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
