About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead development & management of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform projects
- Handle requirements gathering, fit-gap, design, config, implementation, testing, and support
- Act as SME & primary contact for D365 development efforts/issues
- Customize, configure, develop, deploy & troubleshoot D365/Power Platform solutions
- Create documentation, mockups, prototypes, and governance approaches
- Liaison between VITA & customer agencies; manage issue tracking & resolution
- Guide customers on best-fit solutions (D365, PowerApps, Power Automate vs alternatives)
Required/Desired Skills
- Experience with Microsoft GCC tenant & Virginia state agencies
- Expertise in model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
- ⚙️ Knowledge of solution management, environment variables, reusable components
- Experience with D365 Customer Service, Field Service, or Sales modules
- Proficiency in custom connectors, Azure Functions, API integrations
- Role-based security configuration in Power Platform/D365
- Skilled in data migration tools
