Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for imaging and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and driver management.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation of imaging tasks.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network infrastructure concepts.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills for interacting with end‑users and IT peers.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCITP, CompTIA A+) are a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, create, test, and maintain Windows OS images using SCCM to support a diverse fleet of desktops and laptops.
  • Deploy and update operating system images across the organization, ensuring compliance with security and configuration standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve imaging‑related issues, including driver conflicts, application compatibility, and deployment failures.
  • Collaborate with the network and security teams to integrate imaging processes with Active Directory, DHCP, and VPN solutions.
  • Document imaging procedures, configuration settings, and troubleshooting guides for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Provide tier‑2 desktop support, assisting end‑users with hardware, software, and peripheral problems while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor SCCM health, generate reports on deployment success rates, and recommend improvements to streamline the imaging workflow.
