Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in construction quality assurance, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations
- Technical skills in quality management software, including proficiency in tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Certifications such as CCQA, CQA, or LEED AP are highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement quality control plans, checklists, and procedures to guarantee high-quality construction outcomes
- Collaborate with construction teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing corrective actions as needed
