About the role

Job Title: Business Analyst – Make Capability

Role Overview:

The Business Analyst will support digital capability development by bridging business needs

with IT solutions. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design support,

stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of digital

products.


Key Responsibilities:

 Understand business goals, strategies, and operational processes

 Act as a liaison between business and IT/Digital teams for solution implementation

 Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements

 Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive project progress

 Create user stories, participate in scrum ceremonies, and manage backlog priorities

 Develop test scripts and support business testing activities

 Design solutions aligned with technical architecture, database design, and

performance needs

 Analyze business and system impacts and support delivery planning

 Provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders and leadership

 Drive user adoption through training, support, and feedback collection

 Ensure solutions are effectively deployed, embedded, and continuously improved


Qualifications & Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Manufacturing specialization or

data/analytics-related fields

 Minimum 6 years of overall experience

 At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing or related functional areas


Core Skills:

 Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills

 Excellent verbal and written communication

 Experience in business requirement gathering and analysis

 Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, user stories, backlog management)

 Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities


 Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams

 Knowledge of design thinking principles (empathy, ideation, prototyping, testing)


Preferred Skills:

 Knowledge of Supply Chain processes (Planning, Manufacturing, Quality)

 Experience in large, cross-functional global programs

 Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

 Experience with SQL, Databricks, or analytics tools

 Exposure to Microsoft Azure or cloud technologies

 Experience in digital product management and data/analytics platforms

 Understanding of advanced analytics, data science, or automation solutions
