Requirements:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
- Manage cash flow, process invoices, and ensure timely payments
- Develop and implement effective financial procedures and controls
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
