Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles and practices
- Technical skills in bookkeeping, accounting software, and financial analysis, with proficiency in tools such as QuickBooks or Xero
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Process and record financial transactions, such as invoices, payments, and journal entries
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions
- Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
