Job Opportunity: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: New Mexico
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
A respected and well-established organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges such as ASD, OCD, and ADHD.
As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Your expertise will directly contribute to positive behavior change and skill development in clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify target behaviors.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide ongoing treatment.
- Adjust interventions as necessary based on data trends and client progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services and outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a supportive and communicative work environment.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and training to behavior technicians.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Active Maryland license.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and compassionate communication abilities.
Job Type & Schedule:
- Part-Time: 1–3 days per week
- Full-Time: 36–48 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $120,000 – $135,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
